WOW! Children's Museum presents Author Story Time with Ashley Key!
Join us on Friday, January 30th at 10:00am for a magical, science-filled Arctic adventure as we welcome children's STEM author Ashley Key.
Ashley will read from her poetic picture book Dash and the Lights in the Sky, followed by a hands-on Northern Lights in a Jar craft where kids design their own glowing aurora jars to take home.
The program also features a live science show with an aurora projector demonstration, showing how Earth's magnetic poles and bursts of solar energy create the northern lights. Kids will watch the science of light, color, and magnetism come alive right before their eyes!

$13 for Babies (Ages 1 - 4 months)
Free for Infants (0 - 3 months)
(Museum Members receive free admission.)
Author Story Time is included with Museum Admission or Membership.
Families are encouraged to stay after the program to explore WOW!'s hands-on exhibits, STEM play stations, and imagination-building activity areas.
